Armstrong Student Center

The Armstrong Student Center sits in the heart of the Miami University campus, making it highly visible and accessible as it increasingly becomes a central component of each student’s four-year college experience.  The facility is home to the new Joslin Student Senate Chamber which will host Miami’s Associated Student Government and other student groups and events. Eight large group meetings are available to host student organizations, academic lectures, and other activities. The creation of gathering spaces, including the Café Lux coffee shop, the Red Zone sports grill and game room concept, and informal lounges bring students together outside of class.

Design 27 was engaged by BHDP to work on the expansion of the Armstrong Student Center at Miami University. This portion of the project included the renovation and reuse of Culler Hall combined with a grand atrium to connect this existing facility to Armstrong.
