To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested, this page is the main privacy policy for all network sites

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Visual Impact Website and our network sites. On some sites, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Any and all personal and financial information is processed securely via Authorize.net and we have no access to this information. Information is stored on Authorize.net for 30 days in accordance with our refund policy.
If you have a membership to a site or belong to a site that requires registration only your name and email address are stored , all personal contact and financial information is store on Authorize.net secured servers.

The Way We Use Information:

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We do not send out physical mailings or promotions, no information is collected for this reason. We only send emails for significant updates or site changes, and do not share any email information

We do not us non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we do not tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, and we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Some sites may have the option of sending the site to a friend, posting products or information on social networking sites or via RSS. We do not store or use any information you may enter in any forms or requests.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. Our sites are family friendly, we offer no adult or adult related services, products or downloads.

If you have registered for free downloads or a paid membership, you can access your information from the control panel on that site. There are no recurring payments on any of our member sites, free memberships are lifetime and there are no hidden fees.
