Design 27 co-hosts an annual technology symposium with the Indiana Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. This annual event brings together individuals from the design community for a half-day symposium to explore the latest technology related product offerings. The attendees are also able to collect AIA approved Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) through a variety of technology presentations by major manufacturers from the technology sector. Past presenting companies include Cisco, Panduit, Steelcase and several others. The presentations and exhibits cover audio/visual systems and components, cabling infrastructure, security/access control, wireless and many more facets pertaining to the building infrastructure. Additionally, exhibit space is provided for manufacturers to showcase their latest product offerings.
AIA Indiana Technology Symposium – Year 3
A new location was used this year for our third annual event. Developer Town located in Broad Ripple was an excellent venue that produced tremendous feedback from the AIA attendees and vendors alike.
